There was a time when I wish I was as thin as I actually was back when I thought I was fat. The first time that I realised that I was fat is when a skinnier person than me talked about how fat they were. After that I started avoiding all those things that make me fat, like scales, mirrors, and photographs. I tried to make myself believe that I was not fat but that I was just easier to see. I also tried to make myself believe that I was in shape, I mean, round is also a shape. I started hanging out with people that were fatter than me. This did not help my self esteem so I finally decided to do something about it. I started jogging to improve my body image but this did not last long, because I got too embarrassed about my body image to go jogging. I needed something else. I searched the internet and and tried a lot of things to help me lose weight, but nothing helped. I went on diets and took pictures of myself. I have before and after pictures that were absolutely amazing, but I also have after the after pictures that looked just the same as the before pictures. I soon realised that dieting just does not work. A friend of mine, lets call him "Ron" called me one morning a couple of months ago, and he told me that he had discovered something that had changed his life. He invited me around to his place so that he could show me. When I arrived at his home I was absolutely stunned, he was one of those people that I used to hang out with that was fatter than me. He was in super shape and he even had muscles. To say the least he looked absolutely amazing. I immediately asked him how he did it. Thats when he introduced me to Isagenix.
